Hello! It is a pleasure to meet you. I am a certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition. I have always been passionate about health and well-being. From my early days in Nebraska where my school lunch of greens and fruit bucked the tradition of bologna sandwiches, to my current love of all things green (hello, kale!). As a former model I was asked to lose weight even at the thinnest point (and subsequently left the industry to return to high school), I firmly believe that being healthy (and slender) isn’t about being on a diet.

We don’t all wear the same size jeans or use the same skin care routine, nor should we all eat the same way. And health is about so much more than what we eat. I will work with you to create a plan tailored to who you are. We’ll work together to uncover the blocks that are holding you back and help you create new habits to achieve your wellness goals — and to live a more joyful, fulfilled life.

I firmly believe that our past habits and actions have helped us to arrive where we are today and our thoughts and actions today will lead us to our future self. I am passionate about the mind-body connection. I will strive to help you integrate small, manageable changes into your routine to help optimize your health and life. This is not a quick fix diet, but a mindset shift and I am confident that by working together you can live a more joyful, fulfilled life.

How Does It Work?

Tired of always being on a diet, but never losing weight? You are in the right place! How will we work together? First, we’ll establish your goals. Then we’ll work together to uncover what has blocked you from achieving these goals (this is the step that most diets don’t address and is the key to achieving any change). At each session, I’ll provide you with practical tools and guidance and check-in on your progress – in a judgement free zone. I’ll inspire you and hold you accountable by providing 1 to 3 homework assignments at each session related to your goals.

We’ll work together towards meaningful change in a sustainable fashion and I promise, we’ll have fun along the way!

The Logistics

This is a 6-month program with bi-monthly, 50-minute sessions via phone/Zoom/WhatsApp with the option to add-in a virtual cooking session or pantry clean out. The 6-month program has a total of 12 one-to-one sessions. Pricing available during initial, free consultation.
